Radio Modem Telemetry "Wavetector" Buoy

As a progression from the Umbilical Wavetector Buoy, a radio modem free floating buoy was developed, that included the core sensor and processing package from our range of Vessel Based Wave Height Sensors.  This allowed the calculation of the wave statistics on the buoy so data transmission time is minimized, however live wave data can also be received if required.

The unit is supplied with the buoy, base radio modem and antenna, base charger for buoy and PC Windows software.

The units' design is highly flexible allowing easy customization to any requirement the user has.
